Romeo's Corvette WebsiteWelcome everyone!I'm the proud owner of two 1984 Corvettes. One is plum colored with 90k miles, and is dubbed "the basket case" I bought her over three years ago and proceeded to tear her to pieces. I was going to convert her to TPI (I still may decide to do so or convert the other 84 to TPI), but right now all I want to do is get her back together. She's for sale as is or I'll sell her when I get her back together. Currently she is down to the bare frame in the front and she looks like this:
My other vette is a black beauty, which I may sell to upgrade to a TPI, probably an 88-90. She only has 24k miles on her!!! Some of the work I've done to it:-rebuilt the 4-speed-rebuilt the overdrive, upgraded with extra clutch pak and older style frictions, eliminated TV cable, increased shift pressure-added a tranny fluid cooler-upgraded spicer driveshaft u-joints-upgraded to the newer 85-87 fuel pump and rebuilt fuel sending unit-new injectors-K&N air filter-adjustable fuel pressure regulator (it's actually adjustable from the factory, I just removed the plug)-NGK V-power plugs-repainted valve covers-upgraded to 85 fan shroud to avoid hacking my stock fan shroud-rebuilt stock shifter (it was in brand new condition, I just relubed with high temp wheel bearing grease and added a washer or two to help take out slack. I also added washers to the shifter blocksHere are some pics of my ported TPI parts that were going to go on the basket case. I've split the pictures into two pages so it doesn't take as long to load anymore. TPI Mods If you want to check out pictures of my cat or the family, click here. I just made an article for insuluting the gaps in the radiator shroud to prevent debris from collecting between the AC condensor and radiator. It is right here. I'll be getting pictures of the cars soon. UPDATE!! Here they are:
