THIS IS NOT ME ! I documented this car and this is a picture that was sent to me by the original owner of the car when they brought it home from the dealer in 1977. I have all the original sales paperwork for the car and all the title transfers that the car has undergone. I talked to everyone that owned this car and found out all the cool history on it.

There is just something about blondes and Corvettes. My school was going to do a calendar and my car was picked as a candidate. I shot the calendar pictures but the thing never made it into production, ah well it was fun while it lasted.

I don't need to describe what is going on here.

Here are the Specs on the Mill. Its a 4 bolt 355 c.i Small block. Its currently in the process of getting a set of Sportsman II heads, LT-1 solid lifer cam, Weiand Stealth and an Demon VS 750 Carb. I run 1 5/8" headers and factory air cleaner. The original L-82 engine was damaged and replaced under warranty. My motor shows an over the counter parts number. Unfortunately a lot of the original go fast goodies were lost when the dealer did the engine swap.

I installed a 700r4 4 speed auto Trans. The car was originally equipped with Turbo 400, last year in a C3 Corvette. The car runs a 3.55 rear gear so highway travel with the TH400 really turned some revs. Now with overdrive she really mellows out on the highway and with that 3.06 first gear it really comes out of the hole hard. The car runs cooler, uses less gas and performs a lot better, the TH400 took more horsepower to spin and unless you are pushing a big block you really don't need a TH400

The shifter has an indicator plate from a 1982 Corvette which actually featured a 700R4. I took a rat tail file and elongated the shift gate on the trans bracket to allow manual first gear engagement. There are a few places that sell a kit to the the same thing, you don't need to spend all that money. I bought a 1986 Corvette cable bracket for the transmission end and everything hooked up perfectly.

Here is the modified motor. You are looking at the same block, World Products Sportsman II 2.02/1.60 heads, Weiand Stealth Intake, Edelbrock Performer 750 CFM carb and a reworked distributor. Note the 1983 Camaro Z-28 Throttle bracket which works perfectly with this setup, $5.00 at a local salvage yard. You will also notice the absence of a Vacuum brake booster. This car has a hydraulic brake assist system, due to the lack of vacuum from the large camshaft. This system really makes for a nice pedal and there are no problems with brake assist at idle. Spent gases are taking through a set of Allen's Exhaust pipes to a set of three chamber Flowmaster mufflers. The car sounds awesome, turns heads wherever it goes, and when it comes on cam it really makes a different note. Click on the link below for a listen to the exhaust

Can you say POSI-TRACTION !

I did a quick paint job on the car last year and she has a fresh set of seats in it. The paint job wasn't the greatest and its really due for a complete strip and repaint. I have had the car for eleven years and have no intention of getting rid of it anytime soon.
