Hi! I am Eric(some of you may know me as "Eric 96" on the forum) and I live down in The Big Easy, New Orleans. This page is dedicated to my 1970 Stingray. It has the base engine (350/300) but the transmission has been replaced with a 700R4. What a great modification! 22 MPG and man, do I love that 1st and 2nd gear. I hope to be putting a ZZ4 between the fenders in the next couple of years. I'll keep ya posted!
I've had the car for the past 3 years, and I have replaced the rear spring, added Hooker headers, 2.5" aluminized pipes, and replaced the carpet to spruce up the interior. There really hasn't been anything I would consider "troublesome" about this car. I have been able to take it on the road with confidence and really enjoy driving it!

This is the view I like the most! Cruising down the highway, top down, on a sunnyday, with a group of other Vettes. Does it get any better? I work for the DOD as an Air Reserve Technician(ART) fulltime, and never pass the oportunity to drive the Vette when my unit works out of Eglin Air Force Base in Fort Walton, Florida. I usually get to make that trip at least 3 or 4 times a year. I guess my Vette sees it's share of the Gulf Coast!
