  • Completely Rebuilt by "4-Speeds By Darrell"
  • Hays 11" Street/Strip Diaphragm Pressure Plate & Clutch Disc
  • Original 11" Steel Flywheel (resurfaced)
  • Original Aluminum Bellhousing
  • New Heavy Duty Clutch Fork
  • Original Shifter w/new bushings & clips
  • ARP Flywheel & Pressure Plate Bolts
  • Energy Performance Polyurethane Rear Mount
  • Moroso Roller Pilot Bearing

Notes:

  • Darrell did a fantastic job on the rebuild!  I highly recommend his work.  He is an excellent machinist and very professional yet personable person.
  • Always fill the tranny with gear lube prior to mounting and remember to insert the driveshaft yoke to prevent leakage during installation.
  • The Moroso pilot bearing is trick!  The old brass one is removed by packing grease in the pilot hole, inserting a punch of slightly smaller outside diameter in the hole and striking the punch with a hammer.  The pressure created by the compressed grease behind the bearing will force it out.
  • Always use new flywheel and pressure plate bolts!  ARP are the best fasteners available.
  • Always resurface your flywheel when installing a new disc.
