First is the old retractor covered in rust
This is the new guide that came on the camaro belt. I used a dremel to cut it off and then cut a slit on the
corvette one. I put the belt into the corvette guide and used epoxy to seal it over.
There is only a single retractor so a bolt holds the belt onto the floor.
The retractor fits where the old one did. I have extra insulation in the rear so it is a little tight.
I am still working on some custom covers. The original ones are a little too close because of the insulation.
This is how the guide appears.
The color is actually much closer than it appears on these photos.
