This is my 1996 Corvette Polo Green Convertible. I have loved the Corvette since the TV show "Route 66". So as I turned 50 I had to go out and search the land for the Vette for me. I love all Vettes with maybe the 1961 the classic of all times. That will be my "retirement" Corvette. But for now I wanted a Corvette with the still classic looks in a present day and time.
This is a great color combination for this Corvette. Polo Green-Saddle Top-Beige Interior. I get compliments all the time on how good looking it is. Must say that I agree. Sure does get a lot of looks going down the freeway and stopped at lights. I'll be looking for you on down the road "savin the wave".
Here is my Vette as it set on the showroom floor at Rogers Corvette in Maitland Florida just outside of Orlando. I bought a one way airplane ticket to Florida and the wife and I drove it back to Texas. Boy what a great ride it was.
